You agree and acknowledge that the terms and conditions contained in this Seller Requirements Policy are incorporated within the Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that you have read this Seller Requirements Policy and agree to comply with and be bound by all of its terms and conditions as a requirement of creating and maintaining an account with VirtaPay. If at any time you do not agree with any part of this Seller Requirements Policy, you agree that your sole remedy is to cease any further use of the VirtaPay Services.
Seller Requirements
VirtaPay requires Sellers to abide by the following terms and conditions in order to sell Products using VirtaPay Services. Your use of the VirtaPay Services indicates your agreement that:
- You will create and be responsible and liable for: (1) a "Sales" page which accurately and clearly describes the Product or Service you are selling; and (2) a "Delivery" page which will allow Buyers to immediately receive the Product or Service they purchased from you.
- All Products, Services and promotion of same, including any statements, claims, comments or messages, must be fully compliant with your country's laws and with U.S. federal and state laws, including U.S. Federal Trade Commission regulations, policies and guidelines governing advertising, disclosure and consumer protection. You should review materials available at www.ftc.gov and familiarize yourself with applicable regulations.
- You agree that you will not suggest in any way, whether express or implied, that your Product(s) or Service(s) are endorsed, approved or sponsored by VirtaPay. VirtaPay does not independently review Products or Services sold by Sellers or verify information submitted by Sellers for accuracy, completeness, efficacy, or timeliness. VirtaPay does not guarantee, or assume any responsibility or liability for, the Products or Services sold by our Sellers or for information submitted to our website by Sellers. Your use of any Product, Service, or information presented by a Seller is voluntary, and reliance on same is at your own risk.VirtaPay's publication of any information provided by Sellers does not constitute its endorsement of any Seller, Product or Service.
